With extensive experience in people management, social work, law, and coaching, Monica excels in leading and motivating teams. She is adept at critical analysis, transcultural matching, conflict resolution, and legal and ethical case management. Monica possesses strong emotional intelligence, excelling in empathy and adaptability under pressure. She has authored several works including “A Quarter Story” and “Communication of Faith”, and is pursuing a doctorate in Applied Fundamental Theology. With over 20 years of mentoring, she guides individuals in skill development and work-life balance.

His expertise spans telecom, retail, and IT outsourcing, focusing on web and infrastructure security assessments. He holds certifications in Mindset Profiling (IMMPA), Neuro-linguistic Programming (Academia NLP, ITCANLP), and is a Performance Executive Coach, integrating psychological insights to enhance team and leadership performance. He innovates in AI, creating applications like Political Avatar digital twins and HR profiling tools, and designs solutions in Synthetic data and Multimodality. Additionally, his background in Orthodox Theology and multiple IT certifications, alongside fluency in English and French, underscore his holistic approach to digital skills and organizational development.
